Click on the post you want to use. |

Copy and save the image to your desktop or upload onto your phone. |

On your Facebook page, go to status, click photo and then click upload photos/video. Once you find the image, click on it to upload. |

Before posting the image, add a message to go with the photo. For example, "Safeguard Your Platinum" |

Click the "post" button and voila...you have now successfully shared this post with your Facebook fans! |

On your Instagram page, press to the "+" button at the bottom of your page. Select the photo you want to upload and press "next" in the upper right corner. Proceed with adding a caption, tagging your location and then share! |
